I subtracted 82 years from 13 Jul 1865 to get 13 Jul 1783. Then I added 3 months and 7 days to get 20 Oct 1783 as her birthdate.

The tombstone calculator gives 7 Nov 1787 as his birthdate. It gives 20 Oct 1783 as hers.
Cemetery Records, Athens Co, p 21, gives the same info except death date for Elizabeth is 31 Jul 1865. This would give her birthdate as 7 Nov 1783.
1820 PA Census, Washington Co, Morris Twp:

or Wm Parrot 2M 0-9, 1M 10-15, 1M 26-44, 3F 0-9, 1F 26-44, 1 person in agriculture.
Our data would give, for 1820,
Wm Parrott 2M 0-9, 1M 10-15, 1M 26-44, 3F 0-9, 1F 26-44! This assumes that Thomas and Daniel were both born after 1820 census. It doesn't change if Electa was b 1813 or 1816.
