I subtracted 82 years from 13 Jul 1865 to get 13 Jul 1783. Then I added 3 months and 7 days to get 20 Oct 1783 as her birthdate.

Sylvester married Henrietta Ogden; 3. Abigail married Daniel Hoffman; 4. Electa married ____; 5. Thomas married _____; 6. Anne married Jonah Marlow; 7. Simeon; 8. Daniel."

Birdsal and Hoffman appear to be errors in this list.

Arlien Sifleet recorded the following in her notes about William and Betsy: "Came from New Jersey to Washington Co., Pa. 1817. Moved from there to Crestline in 1831. Moved from there to Mt. Gilead - lived there 6 months. Moved from there to Gerncey Co., O. - lived there 10 yrs. Moved from there to within 8 miles to Parkersburg Va. Moved from there to Athens Co., where they died.''

From Dale Parrott's website:

"DEED FROM WILLIAM PARROTT, TO THOMAS PARROTT
ATHENS COUNTY, OHIO, 1862.

Know by all men present, that we William Parrott and Elizabeth Parrott of the County of Athens, and State of Ohio, in consideration of the sum of six Hundred Dollars in hand paid by Thomas Parrott of the same place do hereby release and forever quit claim unto the said Thomas Parrott his heirs and signs forever all our title, interest, our legal and equitable in the following, with the appendenance, situate in Troy Township,in said Athens County, and bounded and described as follows to wit: Sixty Four Acres of land in Section number Thirty Three (33) -----#5, of Range 11, in the Ohio Company-----commencing at the S.W. corner of said Section, thence North one hundred and sixty rods, thence South eighty rods, thence West thirty rods, thence South Seventy two rods, thence West Twenty Five rods, thence South Eighty rods to the place of beginning. also; another piece of land situate in Section and Range afforesaid described as follows, commencing seven rods East of the N.W. corner of John DeWofs land, thence West Fifteen rods, thence a westerly course Twenty to the road leading from Coolville to Athens, thence 13 rods to the place of beginning supposed to contain three fourths (3/4) of an acre more or less. "[he] b. Morristown buried in Coolville, Athens Co., Ohio"
The actual cited cemetery location (Jane Whiteman) is:

"Bethel Cemetery, Troy Township Atens County Ohio, Range 11, township 5, SW 1/4 section 32, on west die of State Rt, No 7 across from Jct. of Town Road. 421 and State Route 7, behind residence of Chester Frederick. The Bethel M.E. Church is about 1/2 mile away from the cemetery, near Coolville, Ohio. I recorded this cemetery 27 May 1974, and have pictures of the church bldg, and some of the stones (but not Parrotts).
...
William Parrott, died Oct 5, 1865, age 77 years, 10 months and 28 days.

Elizabeth, wife of William Parrott, died July 13, 1865, age 81 years, 8 months, and 24 days."

The tombstone calculator gives 7 Nov 1787 as his birthdate. It gives 20 Oct 1783 as hers.

Cemetery Records, Athens Co, p 21, gives the same info except death date for Elizabeth is 31 Jul 1865. This would give her birthdate as 7 Nov 1783.

1820 PA Census, Washington Co, Morris Twp:

"Wm Parrot 2 1 - - 1 - 3 - - 1 - - - - 1"

or Wm Parrot 2M 0-9, 1M 10-15, 1M 26-44, 3F 0-9, 1F 26-44, 1 person in agriculture.

Our data would give, for 1820,
Wm Parrott 2M 0-9, 1M 10-15, 1M 26-44, 3F 0-9, 1F 26-44! This assumes that Thomas and Daniel were both born after 1820 census. It doesn't change if Electa was b 1813 or 1816.

1860 OH Census, Troy Twp, Athens Co, Coolville, roll 934, p 105, dwelling 786, family 766:

"786 766 William Parrott 74 M Retired Farmer 800 152 N Jersey
Elizabeth Parrott 77 F N Jersey"

Implies WILLIAM b c 1786, ELIZABETH c 1783, which checks.

Also:

"785 765 Thomas Parrott 38 M Stonemason 1100 300 Penn
Margaret Parrott 35 F Ohio
William Parrott 12 M Ohio
Plat H Parrott 11 M Ohio
Thomas E Parrott 6 M Ohio
Simeon S Parrott 4 M Ohio
Harriet D? Parrott 1 F Ohio"

So Thomas would have been b c 1822 as per theory above.

1840 OH Census, Guernsey Co:

"William Parrett - - - 2 - - - 1 ... - - - - - - - 1 - - 1"

or William Parrett 2M 15-19, 1M 50-59, 1F 50-59, 1F 80-89.

Our data would give, for 1 Jun 1840,
William Parrott 2M 15-19, 1M 50-59, 1F 50-59. Presumably an old female relative is living with them. The two teenagers are Thomas b c 1822 (implies age 18) and presumably Daniel, probably b c 1824.
WILLIAM was born at New Jersey, USA, on 7 November 1787.7,8,9,6 He married ELIZABETH "Betsey" HAND at New Jersey, USA, circa 1809.10 He moved in 1817 at Washington, Pennsylvania, USA.11 WILLIAM was listed as the head of a family on the in 1820 Census at Morris Twp, Washington, Pennsylvania, USA.4 WILLIAM was listed as the head of a family on the in 1830 Census at Morris Twp, Washington, Pennsylvania, USA.12 He moved in 1831 at Crestline, Crawford, Ohio, USA.
