     George Edward Gililland George divorced Lillie and married Gladys Pendergrass. They had one son - Jim, who died in 1967. He and his wife lived in Carlsbad and even though I did not ever get to meet him, I talked to both of them on the phone. Georgia reports that he was a really fine young man. (by Alvy (2)).

The 1979 family group sheet gives death date of 29 Aug 1953. The 1982 gives 26 Jun 1953..^2,3,1,7 His body was interred at Alamogordo, Otero, New Mexico, USA, at Monte Vista Cemetery.¹
