Mr Parrott, aged 25 years, was suddenly drowned. He left a brother Dr Joseph Parrott and two sisters (the only survivors of the numerous family of Samuel Parrott, deceased, of Morris County. Messrs Gautier, DeWint and the negro were fortunate to climb on the bottom of the boat and were rescued after two hours."

Darcy and Ralph Smith swear oaths; final pension arrears collected in Trenton on 27 May 1820.4
