Dorothy was born at Mandan, Morton, North Dakota, USA, on 2 March 1914.³ She married Ivan Claud Lockwood. Dorothy died in 1965 at Albuquerque, Bernalillo, New Mexico, USA.

     He married Ada Mae Simpers before 29 March 1947.¹ He married Fanette Charvoz Howell on 28 September 1996.¹

     He married Nell Kell. Harry was born. He died on 15 May 2005 at Tumut, New South Wales, Australia; Email from Margaret (Crampton) Brown to Alvy R Smith (father), 28 May 2005.²

     Thomas William Capel Thomas Capel. Brother-in-law of William Henry Hargreaves. History shows: "Thomas was committed for life transportation in Hertfordshire (London) in 1824 for stealing a sheep. He was given a conditional pardon after many years with J. Blaxland at Pitt Town. In 1831 he was in charge of a brewery in Melbourne making "Capels Entire" at a cost of 21 cents per gallon." Source: Notes from visit to Dallas and Jean Hargreaves by Alvy and Edith Smith (9/86). Thomas was born at Goulburn, Argyle, New South Wales, Australia, on 16 June 1846. He married Sarah Mary Hendon at Adelong, New South Wales, Australia, on 13 March 1871.¹ Thomas died on 13 December 1880 at Adelong, New South Wales, Australia, at age 34.

A potential problem here is that the genealogy supplied by Malcolm Ward does not list Andrew Laurie Reid as a son. It has

But I think these two families must be the same. James immigrated, on 12 November 1832. Destination: (an unknown value).¹ He married Alison (Alice) Laurie in 1834.^3,1 James died on 6 April 1862 at Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.²

     Alison (Alice) Laurie She is Alice according to Andrew Laurie Reid's (son's) death certificate, but Alison according to information supplied by Malcolm Ward.

She is Alison according to Sharon Brennan who is writing a book on the Seabrook family. Sharon adds the interesting point that Alison's uncle Peter Laurie was Lord Mayor of London (see 1972 edition of Burke's Landed Gentry). Alison was born in 1800.¹ Alison immigrated, on 12 November 1832. Destination: (an unknown value).¹ She married James Reid in 1834.^2,1
