"My dad, James Price, was born and raised in the Waterford/Hickman area. He married Carol Martin, my mother, and they lived in California after they were married, eventually moving to Utah, and on to Wyoming. My dad has just had two children, my brother, Thomas James Price, and me. He had a brother, Thomas Price. He never had any children, and passed away this year. He also has a sister, Martha Jeffers, who has three children, Cindy, Mike, and Billy. She lives in Oakdale.
To the best of my dad's knowledge, his father had 8 brothers and sisters.
Charlie: He was the last sibling to leave Arkansas for California. He lived in Sutter, California.
Cleve: My dad remembers seeing him only once or twice. He lived in either Bellingham or Everett Washington.
Willis: He lived in Lubbock, Texas. My dad never met him.
Burt: He disappeared, and no one in the family really ever knew where he went. The last that anyone knew, he lived in Monet, Missouri.
Ida: She lived in Berryville, Arkansas, and married someone with the last name of Arthur. My dad isn't able to recall what his name was.

"Here is what my Dad knows about the Price family:

His father was Thomas Jefferson Price. We figured out the connection because my dad remembers hearing his father talk about Uncle Perry. Thomas Jefferson Price (born May 14, 1885?-died 1968) was known in his family as a rebel. His father was known as Jim. We are uncertain of who his mother was. He left Berryville, Arkansas at about the age of 18. He went to Rocky Ford, Colorado, where he worked on a cattle ranch for one year, during which time he nearly froze herding cattle during a blizzard. He returned to Berryville after this, and helped his father plant crops, then returned to California in 1904. He worked on ranches around the San Joaquin valley, near the towns of Madeira and Montpelier. In the winter of 1914, because it was too wet to farm, he shot ducks for market. He married Annie Mabel Green. After they were married, they lived at Hickman, California." He married Annie Mabel Green.² Thomas was born on 14 May 1885.³ Thomas died in 1968.³
