A tribute to the beautiful White Sands of southern New Mexico, my home state, and to my father, the botanist. The flowering plants are graftals, the grasses are particle systems, the chop is my name and part of the piece. At the time, names with all lowercase letters and with dots were very unusual. The world-wide web has made them commonplace today.
