     Samuel Parsons First Settlers, p 102: "He [Samuel Parsons] died 25th Dec. 1822, aged 64 years."

Also, p 315: "Samuel, born 21st February, 1757, and married Polly Crane, daughter of Isaac. He died 25th Dec. 1822. She died 12th Nov. 1850, aged 90 years."

"Parsons, Samuel, Serg. of Caly., Mary, Feb. 5, 1838." with footnote:
"b. Feb. 21, 1757; d. Dec. 25, 1822; res. Essex Co; m. Mary Crane, d. Nov. 12, 1850, aged 90 yrs." He married Mary "Polly" (5) Crane.³ Samuel was born on 21 February 1757.^3,1,2 He served in the military during war time circa 1776.² Samuel died on 25 December 1822 at age 65.^3,4

Nathaniel Bonnel, 3d, died 15th April, 1814. His widow died 20th June, 1846. Maline M. Bonnel sailed for California, 17th July, 1849, and died of cholera, at sea, the next day."

     Abner Stites His surname is Stiles according to the Crane Tree evidence. Abner was born in 1763.¹ He married Huldah Crane on 18 February 1786.^1,3 Abner died on 29 August 1831.^1,4

"Crane, Huldah, daughter of Isaac, March 31." Huldah was born.^2,3 She was baptized at New Providence, Essex, New Jersey, USA, on 31 March 1765. Religion: (an unknown value).¹ She married Abner Stites on 18 February 1786.^2,4 Huldah died on 24 June 1835.^2,5
