     Phebe was born. She There is a problem here. I have downloaded two IGI Records from www.familysearch.org which record the birth of Phebe Parrot, resp. Phoebe M. Parrott. Both list parents as Joseph Parrot(t) and Martha Cory. The first gives birth as abt 1795, Passaic Valley, Morris Co., NJ. The second gives it as abt 1804, New Providence, Union Co., NJ. Neither date is consistent with he parents' marriage date (also given via IGI Record) of 1820. She was the daughter of Joseph Parrott and Martha Cory. She married Augustine Trowbridge at New Providence, Essex, New Jersey, USA, on 15 February 1838.^4,5,6 Phebe died on 1 May 1847.⁷

     She married William High Jr.^1,2 Phebe was born at Long Hill, Morris, New Jersey, USA, in 1824. The Peter-Sally Parrott evidence lists her birth as <1823 and gives no birthplace. The High tree give Abt 1823 in Newark, NJ.^3,4,1 She was the daughter of Peter Parrott and Sally (Mary) Crane.

     Mary was born. She She is not listed in the Peter-Sally Parrott evidence. She was the daughter of Peter Parrott and Sally (Mary) Crane. She married Christie Carter.¹

     Mehetabal "Hettie" Parrott Spelled Hetty in the Peter-Sally Parrott evidence. Mehetabal was born before 1821.² She was the daughter of Peter Parrott and Sally (Mary) Crane. As of 1 June 1841,her married name was Force.^1,3 She married Sylvester Force at Near Green Village, Morris, New Jersey, USA, on 1 June 1841.^1,3

     Jane was born before 1819.² She was the daughter of Peter Parrott and Sally (Mary) Crane. As of 3 November 1841,her married name was Force.^3,4 She married William Force at Green Village, Morris, New Jersey, USA, on 3 November 1841.^3,4

Squier was born at ?Morris Co, NJ, on 27 April 1790.^3,4,5,2 He was the son of Pvt William Parrott Jr and Catharine "Katy" Williams. He married Martha Townley at Springfield, Essex, New Jersey, USA, on 3 December 1816.^6,4,2,7,8,9 Squier Parrott appeared on the census of 1830 at Morris Twp., Morris, New Jersey, USA; 1M 30-40, next door to William Parrot and Joseph Parrot.¹⁰ He made a will at Morris, New Jersey, USA, in 1872.¹¹ Squier died on 4 November 1872 at New Jersey, USA, at age 82.⁵ His body was interred at New Providence, Essex, New Jersey, USA, at Methodist Burying Ground.⁵

I have no proof for the latter reference - ie, that it is our Betsey - but the time and place fit as a possible first husband for her. Elizabeth was born on 7 October 1788.¹ She was the daughter of Pvt William Parrott Jr and Catharine "Katy" Williams. She married ?Frederick Beams at Morris, New Jersey, USA, on 30 December 1809.³ As of 1 January 1816,her married name was Smalley.^1,2,4 She married Mahlon Smalley at New Providence, Essex, New Jersey, USA, on 1 January 1816.^1,2,5 Elizabeth died on 25 April 1878 at age 89.¹

A famous battle on Lake Champlain was fought on 11 Sep 1814, the US defeating the British with 52 American lives lost. This might be the battle at which Abraham died. He married Mary Frazee on 14 September 1806.^3,4,5 Abraham died on 11 September 1814 at On the lake, Lake Champlain, New York, USA.²
